ESTIAN DELUXE STUDIO – LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS:

Estian Deluxe Studio is located in Limenaria on the south-east side of the island, 40 km from the capital and the port of Limenas. It is located in the central part of Limenaria, in the second row of houses to the coast. Town center is 80m away, while the first beach about is 60m away.

From the nearby towns, Pefkari is the closest, which is only 2 km from the center of Limenaria. The ethno village Theologos, is 14 km away from the center of Limenaria. It is said that in this village the best lamb on the island is made. True Greek nights are also organized here.

Potos is 4km away from Limenaria, a slightly smaller town, the third largest on the island.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES:

Studio Estian Deluxe, offers accommodation with excellent design and the functionality. Modernly designed studios with an accent on the Greek, marine style will delight every eye.

For now, four studios are available for 2-4 people, located on the first floor. Three studios are equipped with double bed and sofa for two persons, while one studio is designed for up to three people, with a French bed and a single sofa bed.

All accommodation units have a modern kitchen, fully equipped. All studios are in the size of 23-25 ​​m².

* Studio No.1 and No.4 – Four-bed Studio
The studio consists of a large room with a French bed and a sofa bed. Four adults can be accommodated. It has a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, kettle and a coffee maker.

The bathroom is open type, which means that you enter the shower directly from the room. It contains the hair dryer and the towels, changed every three days. Each studio has flatscreen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, internet, safe and spacious terrace with seating set.

* Studio No.2 – Four-bed Studio
The studio consists of a large room with a French bed and a sofa bed. Four adults can be accommodated. It has a kitchenette equipped with fridge, kettle and coffee maker.

The bathroom is a closed type and contains hair dryer and towels,  changed every three days. Each studio has flatscreen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, internet, safe and spacious terrace with seating set.

* Studio No.3 – Triple Studio
The studio is a bit smaller and is intended for three people. It consists of a room with a French bed and a sofa. It has a kitchenette equipped with fridge, kettle and coffee maker. The bathroom is a closed type and contains hair dryer and towels, changed every three days.

It has an open-type closet. Each studio has flatscreen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, internet, safe and spacious terrace with seating set.

Parking is public.

BEACH:

The first beach is about 60 m away. It is a luxurious hotel beach, which has all the facilities. Here, you can use the hotel’s beach sets with a drink or spread your own towel.

The beach in Limenaria is mostly pebbled. It consists of the west and east side. The east side is called the town beach. This beach is much smaller than the western one, but it is quite organized.

Here you will find showers, cabins, as well as sun loungers, cafes and taverns. In one part this beach the entrance to the sea is rocky, and there are paths leading to the pebble parts. While the other part is mostly covered with sand.

The western part of the beach goes all the way to Trypiti and is about 2.5 km long. It is called Grand Beach. It can be said that this beach is more pleasant for children. In Limenária there is no big crowd on the beaches, thanks to its size and spaciousness. The cafes are scattered on the shore and do not make large groups in one place.

At the far east of Limenaria, there is a beach called Metalia, which is about 400m away from this place.

The beach itself can not stand out with quality, because of the plates in the water. Not suitable for children and non-swimmers. But its environment is perfect, for the escape of the crowd, with the elements of legacy of the German company, which had its own mine here. This beach has a perfect views.

RECOMMENDATION:

Studio Estian Deluxe is recommended primarily for couples, due to the romantic connection of the bathroom with the rest of the studio, or a small family.
