VILA SERENITY HOUSE – LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS:

Serenity Villa is located in Skala Potamia on the eastern side of the island of Thassos. This city is about 15 km east of the capital of Limenas. It is located about 400m from the beach.

Although surrounded by taverns, this part of the beach is quite quiet, so it can provide you with a real holiday. From nearby cities, except Limenas, which is very close, you can visit the Golden Beach, which is only 2 km away. In fact, Skala Potamia and Golden Beach are connected places that together make up one smaller bay.

In the immediate vicinity, only 4 km away is the ethno village of Panagia, where you can feel the charm of true Greece. In Ethno Village Panagia is a museum, which you can reach on foot.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES:

Villa Serenity is located in a quiet environment as part of a complex of four independent houses, each one with two floors.

The two-storey house consists of a living room, a mini cinema and a large fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, two terraces and a bathroom with a bath and a washing machine. In one room there is a double bed, while in the other two singles, which can be connected as needed.

There is also the possibility of adding an extra bed for a child up to 12 years old or baby crib. The whole house has internet, kitchen, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, ironing board, three terraces, parking and barbecue.

Since the house is a self service, the guests perform self-cleaning and changing linen and towels. Serenity Villa has all the necessary elements for cleaning.

In a nice and spacious yard, surrounded by olive groves you can spend a quiet and relaxing holiday with your loved ones. In the courtyard of Serenity Villa there is a barbecue which guests can use independently, while in front of the complex in the vicinity of the house there is a parking place for your car. In the immediate vicinity there are bars, shops and taxi stations. One of the most beautiful beaches on the island is a 5-minute walk from the house.

BEACH:

Golden Beach is a beach known for its golden sand, and it is one of the most famous and most visited beaches on Thassos. In spite of your visit, on this beach you will find plenty of places for your towel.

It is ideal for children who can enjoy sand or shallow water. For those who do not have their own towel, there are cafes and tavernas with beach kits (deck chairs and umbrellas), which you can use for free with a drink. This beach is about 5 km long and wide enough for a variety of activities.

If you want to visit another beach, there are many beautiful beaches, organized or not, with sand or gravel, because this side of the island is famous for the most beautiful beaches. If you are heading to Limenas, Makriamos Beach is one of the most beautiful, while the other side offers more beautiful beaches, such as; Aliki, Timonia,
